Temple is serving Preeti Bhoj every Sun evening after Aarti. If you like to sponsor a preeti bhoj then contact Janki Prajapati at 805-564-4395 or email at punampraja@aol.com.   As a suggestion only, sponsor can bring a daal or sabaji, raita, rice, or puri, or Roti or substitute any of the items with more traditional food of their culture. Volanteers make Halwa as a Prashad & dessert but if you wish to bring some dessert yourself then please let Janki Prajapati know.

Sponsor to bring all paper goods (plates, paper cups for water and tea, spoons, napkins) Sponsor is expected to cook enough food for 80-100 people on a normal Satsang day.

- If you are planning on inviting much larger group of people, or if we expect a larger crowd because of special event such as the Janmastami or Diwali celebration, please adjust the amount cooked accordingly. Keep the food to medium spicy or less.

Food should be cooked without onions and garlic ("satvik" bhojan).

Bring the food with you when you come. Temple now has small cooking and heating facility at this time. You may want to heatup large containers before you come to the temple.

For Prasad, you can bring dry fruit (cashew, raisin, pistachio mix) or/and A fresh fruit such as banana or mixed fruit.

Special Notes:
Temple pays to Panditji for each Satsang service. Sponsors may contribute some amount to Panditji, and to the temple general fund; however, this is totally voluntary.

Temple will provide all the material for hot tea and cold water. Temple provides flowers, tulsi, and other Arti material. Please help in serving food and clean up afterwards. Any leftover food can be distributed by sponsor on the spot or taken home.

Temple will announce your name as the day's sponsor.  If you wish to remain anonymous, please contact us in advance. For scheduling your pritibhoj sponsorship, or any other related questions, please see the temple volunteer at the table during the Satsang or contact the Bhoj coordinators: Janki Prajapati at 805-564-4395 or email at punampraja@aol.com. Janki will contact sponsors prior to each Satsang to make sure that there is no confusion regarding the responsibilities.
